Not sure what to make out of this statement. Mrs. Kohl sounds bitter about being excluded from the German Societies and resents them taking up with Anna Hauptmann and her efforts to help her husband. Not sure how much that might be influencing her claims about Hauptmann and Henkel being together on March 1. After all, Carl and Gerta claim they didn't know Hauptmann until the summer of 1932. It seems no one knew Hauptmann until the summer of 1932 except Kloppenburg or so they claim.
Selma says nothing about Isidor Fisch in this statement. I am sure she must have been questioned about him, right?? I find the link between Carl Henkel, Hermann Kirsten(Gerta's father), and Fisch to be very interesting. This association predates Fisch's involvement with Hauptmann by several years at least.
John Narsky is a new name for me. Since Selma says that John Narsky was not with Henkel and Hauptmann on March 1, did LE even bother to check out this guy?

John and Sophie lived in Garfield and were friends of the Henkel's. Police had honed in earlier on him because his name was "John."
