Hi Michael, Beatrice Charnofsky Perlberg -- she died less than 2 months ago in Beverly Hills. I've never heard of that name being connected to the prosecution side at the Lindbergh trial. Have you? The only two Beverly Hills connections I know of in this case are Noel Behn going out to interview Harry Green in his stomping grounds in the 1980s out in Beverly Hills, and the production of that Violet Sharp play being in Beverly Hills back a few years ago. beverlyhills.patch.com/announcements/beatrice-charnofsky-perlberg-96Sue

Good find Sue (as always)
I have never heard of her, however, there were many people in the backround at the AG's office (and elsewhere) that I believe would qualify for them to make this claim.
Like Chiarvalli for example. He was working out of Pope's office and someone who definintely "worked" for the Defense "Team." I believe his name first surfaced in Lloyd's book - The Case That Never Dies.
It's people, such as these, who are often overlooked but have a ton of information.
