My Mother has the original transcript from the court house for the day that Bruno Hauptmann was cross examined. It is hand bound and hand typed, I would presume by the court stenographer. It is roughly 400 pages long, I believe. Inside of the transcript are a couple of letters sent to the Fleming ton courthouse from Germany containing what is basically Bruno's rap sheet. These are also hand typed and signed and are still in the original envelopes. They list all of Hauptmann's crimes that he committed in Germany and also the time he served for each (if my memory serves me well). My question is does anyone know how we would find a collector interested in purchasing these items. They have been in my family for well over 50 years and up until today, no one else knows they exist. Thanks in advance.

PLEASE contact Mark Falzini at the NJ State Police Museum! (609) 882-2000, ext. 6400 Or send me or Michael a personal message and you will be given a direct contact. Give it a chance, this should be part of the LKC collection for all to share.

Agreed!
One question: Who's copy was it? Usually the name of the person is on the front of the binder.
