was wondering if anyone had input for one who might want to visit some of the NY & NJ places associated with the LKC? such as the cemeteries, CAL house, Hauptmann's neighborhood etc. how accessible are these places. any info is appreciated.
i've read some of the Betty Gow statements, especially her time in Detroit. as a resident of the metro Detroit area, i am planning an excursion to see if there is anything left to look at from the areas she lived in. if there is anything of interest i will post, photos etc.
yeah, i'm weird like that ;D

Steve, did his tour include the residence of Isidor Fisch? I was wondering how far apart Hauptmann and Fisch lived from each other. Do you know if Richard Sloan has a web site with pictures from his tour posted on it?

Steve is right. Richard Sloan is the guy to speak to about the various places in the Bronx.
Highfields can be driven up to but you're going to have to call ahead in order to try to get a tour inside. The area where the child was found is simply along the public road.
This is great! Thank you so much for your offer - please post them. There's also the Purple Gang Angle which involved Michigan.
