Great book Looks like a very interesting case, Steve. Do you know which Osborn was involved in the handwriting evidence, as I assume William Parsons and Anna Kupryanova were well investigated? The ransom note suddenly appearing in the back of Parsons's car after it had been searched is suspicious, and no one saw the car with the middle-aged couple other than Anna. I think the printing looks east European influenced, ie. possibly Anna or an accomplice. I would hope they searched the farm property well for any recent ground disturbances.

I'd love to see samples of the handwriting evidence. They found a woman's skeleton nearby in Lloyd's Neck in 1951, but apparently the dental records didn't match those of Alice Parsons.
