I find it hard to believe that Betty, Ollie, and Elsie went to bed at 4:00 the morning after the kidnapping. With Charlie gone (really Betty?), law enforcement, and the media all over! How could they have slept? Will attach the link tomorrow, I left it at work. Did you ever see this before Michael? I don't recall anything about "when" they went to bed. Honestly I'd have to see the source.

Thanks for sharing this website ... it was the first time I've ever seen it. It's pretty cool, and she certainly put a lot of time into it. As to what is written there I still don't know. I don't remember that but it could be I just forgot. It seems to me the only people who could be the source for this are them and I'm not finding it. I could be missing it though... and it could be right under my nose. You read enough of this stuff and its easy to look right at something and not see it.

If I may interject here, I really don't think that Betty , Ollie and Elsie's bed times make each of them more or less likely to have caused Charlie's disappearance. No matter what's going on around them, there has to come a point physiologically where they are pooped and have to go to sleep.

This is the first post of balanced perspective and reason I've seen so far in this thread. And I can pretty much guarantee none of them were out for the count enjoying a twelve hour beauty sleep..

I think this demonstrates how we all think differently about certain things. My first instinct is to attempt to determine whether or not its actually true before anything else. The source could be undermined by another more credible source or it could lead us in a completely different direction. As far as the topic of sleep goes ... there's no doubt in my mind that once he went to bed Lindbergh slept very soundly.

According to Anne Lindbergh's diary, in her letter to Mrs. Lindbergh, written the morning of March 3, Charles had a nap the afternoon of March 2nd and then had a good night's sleep that same night. Yep. CAL was doing fine when it came to sleeping.
