but your coming to the conclusion that reilly made a deal with wilentz which is absurd. he telegram hoover for the prints hoover ordered sisk to send them, I believe the fbi reports that the prints are in conclusive. don't forget condons son in law made them. was he qualified? was there anybody in the police dept

newspaper article---ed reilly announced tonight that the dept of justice in Washington had authorized production of department records on the finding and casting of a footprint discovered after the Lindbergh ransom payment in st, raymonds cemetery. the telegram from hoover to re" replying to your telegram of even date addressed to the attorney general requesting that special agent sisk be authorized to produce in the court hearing, the case of the state vs hauptmann. reilly also said that a phonographic record of the "ransom recievers voice" as produced by condon who paid the ransom, will be made available----

why didn't reilly use this info on the castings? I have a article saying he was getting them. wilentz had so much on Hauptman, reilly would have had liked them
Post by romeo12 on Oct 27, 2014 8:14:06 GMT -5
how come the fbi said the castings were inclusive. Hauptman could have had somebody else write it since most of the case is linked to him. mike you know dam well Hauptman was very involved in this case. all the excuses seems to come from your side

Hauptman worked for grizzle before in 1929 and 30. the ladder was used for one purpose only. he made it to fit in his car with three pieces to go do the crime. the ladder was very doable.

ok amy, this interview was nov 5 1934, at the district attorneys office in the presence of district attorney breslin, officer Albrecht njsp, det Wallace ny police. doe not mention his work skills. he said he called Hauptman in may of 1932 for work and Hauptman told him he had a job, but in November a coworker told grizzle that Hauptman isn't working and that he said to him he has a scheme in the stock market that cant be beaten.
