Unless I don't know how to conduct a decent search on a user's forum, I couldn't find anything on Robert Zorn's new book, due out in a few days.
Are there any threads on Zorn, that I just missed? Jd

Michael, this new book seems to point to man named John Knoll. This is a new name for me. Have you ever heard of him before?

No. I want to read the book to see what other names might be associated with him. It's possible a name in the Archives could be. If not, like I said below, I'd still want to see what the Experts think about his personality which matches up with the crime so that I can try to see who it fits that is found within the files.

I've never heard of John Knoll either. I stumbled upon the information about this new book by accident, and when I saw the name of the author's alleged culprit, I immediately came here to inquire about it.
It's been a while since I've done any reading about the case. I felt burned out and bored by it. But this new information is interesting, if not plausible. I don't know yet, since the book hasn't come out, but I will try to get my hands on it asap.
It most likely, however, will not change my gut feeling that Hauptmann was in on it, if not the actual kidnapper or killer. Then again, who knows...the book might squash anything like that.
I need to get up to speed on the case again. It's been a while. Hi, Michael! Jd
