great find sue, i never saw this. i wish there were footage after the ellis parker trial. id like to hear reaction of kimberlings lies of not letting gov hoffman and ann bading into the prison. he had to admit he did on the stand

Kimberling let Parker into the prison to see Hauptmann twice. Kimberling could have completely stopped the execution and thrown it into oblivion for months - perhaps years. Kimberling could have just by Hoffman's requests thrown turbulentz and Willentz couldn't have done anything would have been by Gov. Also turbulence by Grand Jury - clearly he shouldn't have executed - TX Kimberling. Kimberling pleads a Hauptmann symptaisizer but he (Kimberling) barbecued him.

So he would have been executed anyway. That's what a lot of this proliferal junk barrels down to and I remember commenting to Kevknon once about Violet Sharpe or some such, and he so prolifically said, ya but what's really the difference, Jack?
